Delivery
All music files sold by Webtones Music are delivered as downloadable compressed Zip files, once a verified payment has taken place. To protect our audio, access to any downloadable file/s is only given to the registered PayPal email address associated with the PayPal account you use for your purchase.
We do not accept any responsibilty for damages caused if ours or PayPal's servers are down at the time of purchase resulting in you being unable to download your file/s. However should this occur we will endeavour to give you access to your files as timely as possible. For security reasons all downloads will expire after 24hrs and are limited to 5 download attempts.
Payment
All funds are earned on receipt. We do not operate a returns policy on intangible downloaded goods.
Privacy
We take our customers and users privacy very seriously. At no time will your personal details or e-mail address be passed onto any third parties. We only hold details of e-mail addresses and our customers personal details. We do not retain any financial data. This is held by our e-commerce partner PayPal. For information regarding their privacy policy please refer to their website.
